1. With Thanks to the kind help of Josh I made my 3rd TikTok video and uploaded it to TikTok and Instagram. For the chance to enter new realms: Thank You: Thank You: Thank You.

2. I found it interesting to enter into the land of TikTok. I found my self becoming seduced. Not wanting to become lost in my self (Like Narcissus!) I carried out energy work to detach quickly. For archetypal myths that help me to stay sane in a crazy world. Thank You: Thank You: Thank You.

3. It was fun to make the video and see the process of how to do it. For the directorship of Josh: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. For the chance to push myself outside of my normal limits: Thank You: Thank You: Thank You.

5. After the video, a day in Watkins, as ever bought me back to Earth. For Watkins and the people therein: always the greatest gratitude: Thank You: Thank You: Thank You.
