1. I went back to work my Watkins day. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

3. I pass the Angels above on my way to Watkins. They guard the corner of St Martins Lane and Cecil Court: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

4. There was interesting work on the table today. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

5. This New Year, 2023 has a good feeling about it. Somehow it feels clean. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

6. I was disciplined and kept to my diet. OK, its day 1. But there is hope. For purpose. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

7. Due to busyness the day flew away. I was not able to find 5 minutes to leave Watkins and walk around the block. Truly I am grateful for these commissions. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

8. Due to my own inner work I have seen several lights! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

9. In May I am scheduled to give a talk on Angels for UK Healers 'Healing Awareness Week', it honours me to be included. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

10. I used the perfume that was a holiday gift and felt wrapped in love. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
