🌺 The lilies continue their job of opening, the fruit bowl is starting to become emptier & at the same time my  joy at our gathering causes my heart to open. I know myself to be deeply blessed. Thank You:Thank You:Thank You.

☔️🌺 Doggo & I walked for 30 minutes in the rain, both  ending up completely sodden: Walking in the rain is most life enhancing: Thank You:Thank You: Thank You.

🌺 I nominated ‘Love Actually’, as our film for the day. It was/ is so bad & so good. It could not be repeated; Thank You;Thank You:Thank You.

🌺 We affectionally renamed our vegan nut roast “The vegan brick”. Unique & splendidly made by Josh; I only momentarily regretted the  lack of a Turkey. Thank You; Thank You;Thank You.

😇 Flo continues to be kind & cuddly. Patterdale Terriers were bred as hot water bottles: As I mentioned yesterday, she is top of her class.

😇 I near the end of the 28 day gratitude practise. Unexpectedly I see my shadow clearly & somehow accept it. Thank You:Thank You:Thank You.
